A gardener by profession and a full-blooded Chiantigiana, she has landscaped some of the most important Tuscan farm estates – Ama and Brolio, just to mention a few. Stefania’s passions include not only fine wines and fine food, but also geography and traveling, which have sent her on a quest throughout Italy and northern Europe to discover artistic treasures and specialties, such as whale and reindeer meat, and bear-meat salami!
Enthusiastic reader of culinary critic Ruth Reichl, Stefania is also a professional blogger for the Città del Vino website. She has recently become the editor of the website’s new section, called Stefania’s Window, devoted to her areas of interest and expertise.
