During the second leg of our virtual journey amidst DOP and IGP products, we had fun leafing through web pages as if they were enticing slices of Bologna or delicate petals of bresaola. The websites of the Italian cured meats consortiums are generally unremarkable. Their contents and design are all more or less the same. Creativity does not abound, but generally the websites are pleasant to look through.
